Phase II - Initiate Specific GMS Workforce Development Programs
1. Match specific GMS labor supply shortages to skill training institutions
2. Ensure that training institution curriculums match skill requirements in actual workplace
3. Match skill training needs to available training grants
4. Identify employment opportunities for economically disadvantaged areas
5. Coordinate work opportunities with state/local employment placement organizations
Phase III - Institutionalize GMS Workforce Development Programs
1. Schedule routine updates to Phase I data bases
2. Establish on-going programs to match labor supply/demand/training/grants
3. Integrate GMS workforce development efforts into state/local programs
